other day, good friend of min gave me a handmade snack bites
and was so good that i asked her recipe instantly
It's very easy and makes you feel fuller faster and you'll get energized
as soon as you eat it for sure
it's a source of energy and you just pop them into ziplock and bring them
to work/school/gym anywhere you go
they are just too simple and easy to make so please give it a try

先日友達から1口サイズのお菓子をもらって、あまりの美味しさに直ぐにレシピを
聞いたらとても簡単な上に食べたら直ぐにエネルギー源になりそうな程
しっかりした味で早速家で再現して私のおやつの18番になりそう!

1 cup of nuts (almond,cashews,walnuts anything)
1/2 cup of dried fruits (fig,plum,raisin anything)
1 teaspoon of honey/agave
mix everything in food processor and blend until they come together
form ball the size you want and roll it on
green tea powder/cocoa powder/soybean flour/sesame seeds
VOILA!
1カップ ナッツ(アーモンド、カシューナッツ、クルミなど何でも可)
1/2カップ ドライフルーツ (いちじく、プラム、レーズンなど何でも可)
小さじ1程度のハチミツ/アガベシロップ
全ての材料をFPに入れて一つの固まりになるまでひたすら撹拌
出来たら好きな大きさにに丸める
抹茶、ココアパウダー、きな粉、ゴマなどの上にころがす
それではいただきましょう!
